Contract Formation

Orders placed with Moon Angel Wisdom constitute an offer to purchase goods.

A contract is formed only when dispatch is confirmed

Automated order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance.

Retailer of Record

Customers selling Moon Angel Wisdom products remain the retailer of record.

Where goods are shipped directly to an end consumer: the contract of sale exists between the customer and their buyer

Product Descriptions

Moon Angel Wisdom makes every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate.

Variations may occur due to: natural materials, handmade production or recycled materials. Product images are illustrative.

Pricing

Prices are listed in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges are additional.

Moon Angel Wisdom reserves the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.

Payment

Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Klarna for non-registered business customers in the following countries. Account balance / top-up payments

Payments are processed securely via Checkout.com or other secure payment providers used by Moon Angel Wisdom

Available payment methods may vary depending on customer location, account status, or order value.

All payments must be made in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

If payment fails or is declined, the order will not be processed and may be cancelled.

Moon Angel Wisdom reserves the right to cancel any order where payment has not been successfully received.

Account Top-Up / Credit Balance

Customers may add funds to their Moon Angel Wisdom account using available payment methods, which may include:

Visa and Mastercard

Google Pay

Apple Pay

PayPal

Account balances may be used to pay for future orders.

Account credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

Moon Angel Wisdom reserves the right to review and restrict account balance functionality where misuse is suspected.

Delivery

Delivery is made to the address supplied on the order.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk transfers to the recipient once delivery has been completed.

Moon Angel Wisdom is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather events or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Contact Details

To ensure successful shipment booking and delivery, certain couriers may require a recipient's phone number and/or email address. Where these details are not provided for the end customer, the Retailer’s registered contact details solely for shipment fulfilment and delivery communication purposes where necessary to process and complete the order.

Returns & Claims

All returns and claims are governed by the Moon Angel Wisdom Returns & Claims Policy.

Customers must report issues within 3 business days of delivery, or within 1 business day of becoming aware of the issue, whichever occurs first, and in any event no later than 7 calendar days from the delivery date.

Limitation of Liability

Total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.

Data Protection

Moon Angel Wisdom processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Order Acceptance & Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

Moon Angel Wisdom reserves the right to cancel or amend any order where products become unavailable prior to dispatch.

Where an item is unavailable, Moon Angel Wisdom may:

Issue a refund

Issue account credit

Remove the unavailable item from the order

Moon Angel Wisdom will not substitute products without customer consent.

Order Cancellation Requests

Customers wishing to request cancellation of an order must contact Moon Angel Wisdom by email (moonangel2406@gmail.com) as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation requests are only valid when submitted by email.

Moon Angel Wisdom will make reasonable efforts to cancel orders prior to processing or dispatch, however cancellation cannot be guaranteed once order fulfilment has commenced.

Requests submitted through IT Support will not be treated as valid cancellation requests.

Customers are responsible for ensuring cancellation requests are sent directly via the designated email: moonangel2406@gmail.com

Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled and will instead fall under the applicable Returns & Claims Policy.

Stock Availability

Moon Angel Wisdom makes every effort to ensure that stock availability information is accurate.

However, stock levels may change without notice until an order has been confirmed and dispatched.

Moon Angel Wisdom cannot guarantee the availability of any product until dispatch.

Failed Delivery and Refused Orders

If a delivery fails due to:

Incorrect address

Customer unavailable

Refusal of delivery

Failure to collect

Moon Angel Wisdom reserves the right to:

Deduct return shipping costs

Deduct original delivery costs

Charge redelivery fees

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued after deduction of applicable charges.

Account Suspension and Termination

Moon Angel Wisdom reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion, including but not limited to:

Misuse of the service

Fraudulent claims

Breach of Terms and Conditions

Abusive behaviour toward staff

Moon Angel Wisdom may cancel outstanding orders where accounts are suspended.

Changes to Terms

Moon Angel Wisdom reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The latest version will be published on the website with an updated effective date.

Continued use of Moon Angel Wisdom services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
