My Journey into the World of Crystals — and Why I Created Moon Angel Wisdom

It started with a rock.

Not a crystal, not a gemstone — just a little piece of rock my dad gave me. Nothing fancy, nothing expensive. But it had these tiny, diamond-like sparkles running through it that caught the light in the most magical way. I was captivated.

I still have it.

That little sparkly rock sent me down a rabbit hole. I started looking up information about rocks, then minerals, then crystals — and a whole world opened up that I never knew existed. The more I learned, the more I wanted to know.

Then I got my first amethyst. And I was hooked.

From there, it became a journey of discovery — wandering into crystal shops and witchery stores, picking up books, asking questions, and slowly finding myself in spaces that just felt right. Like I'd finally found somewhere I truly belonged.

But it wasn't just the crystals that drew me in. It was everything around them.

I've always been someone who's drawn to things that are a little different — unique, one-of-a-kind, not what you'd find on every high street. I'm a maker myself, and there's something deeply special about holding something that another person has crafted with their hands. Especially when it's made from natural materials — wood, stone, clay, things that come straight from the earth.

Discovering handcrafted spiritual goods felt like finding a whole community of people who see the world the way I do. People who value the story behind an object, not just the object itself.

Moon Angel Wisdom was born from all of that — the sparkly rock, the amethyst, the wandering, the making, the finding myself. My journey has led me to here.
